Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Groups meet weekly and are broken up into four modules of skills. All of these are designed to provide opportunities to practice using tools to help DBT Group members improve her/his functioning. This means improvements in behavior and improvements in one’s emotional life.
