Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) sessions last 45 minutes and are typically conducted weekly. Our group therapy sessions include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) Groups. These groups meet for 90 minutes and meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
